– Underground poster exhibition on 800 years of history
Hidden under Gammel Skivehus is Skive’s oldest cellar.
This is where the sheriffs of Skive had their storeroom in the Middle Ages.
The cellar has existed since the 1400s.
But already in the 13th century there were settlements on this site.
For 800 years, there has been a royal estate, manor house, barnyard,
stately home, hotel and city archive.
