City walk in Skive’s city center 1: Houses, building traditions and the Customs Path
Join us on a walk through Skive’s history. See distinctive buildings and learn more about building customs. On the tour, we will enter gates and courtyards and see the city’s last half-timbered houses that bear witness to what Skive’s houses once looked like before the great city fires of the 1700s. At the same time, we’ll walk along the Customs Path where the wooden fence used to encircle the town. This is where the customs officers stood guard when the peasants tried to smuggle goods into Torvet. Approx. 1.5 km.

A walk about Skive’s earliest history as seen through the eyes of an archaeologist. Approx. 1.5 km.
